5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions continue through the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions continue through the end of the annual term. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Founding members who maintain an active, uninterrupted subscription will retain the founding rate. Price changes for other subscribers will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

5.5 Team Plans

Team plans are subject to the user limits specified at purchase. Sharing access credentials with individuals outside the authorized seat count is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination without refund.

Daily usage limits apply per tier (Free: 3 questions/day; Pro: 20 questions/day; Team: 50 questions/day per seat). We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
