The math.
Enterprise is quote-based and sized to your firm — the per-seat cost improves the more seats you add, and you also get the commercial data-feed / API license, SSO, MSA, dedicated support, and bundled course library that aren't available at the Pro tier at all.

What's the minimum commitment?
Annual term, quote-based to your team size. Multi-year discounts available. We don't do monthly Enterprise contracts — the support, training, and onboarding investment doesn't pencil at that cadence.
How does seat management work?
Your account admin invites and removes seats through the admin panel (or via SCIM if you're using SSO with auto-provisioning). Mid-term seat additions are prorated to the renewal date. Seats are individually licensed — one human per seat, no shared logins.
Can we get a security review or DPA?
Yes. We provide a standard security questionnaire response, DPA, and our SOC 2 readiness documentation. For larger firms, we'll engage with your information security team directly.
What does the API actually do?
REST endpoints for the Pro calculators (AMI/rent limits, capital stack sizing, QAP scoring, bond financed-by test, basis boost, etc.) plus the program reference library. Auth via API keys; rate-limited per seat. Documentation provided on contract execution.
Are paid courses really included?
Yes. Every course we publish is bundled into Enterprise. As we add new courses through 2026 and beyond, your seats get them automatically at no additional cost.
Can we start with Pro and upgrade later?
Yes. Your firm's individual Pro subscriptions can be migrated into a single Enterprise contract; we'll credit unused time on a prorated basis.
What if we're a small team?
